How do I look after my artificial flowers?

Either pack away in a dark box wrapped in acid free tissue paper and keep away from bright sunlight. If you are keeping your flowers on display after your special occasion all you have to do is use a light-weight feather duster to gently dust the foliage and flowers. Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fading. 

What is your delivery time and who is your courier?

We aim to pack and post your order within two to three working days and drop off to Royal Mail, Evri or, DPD. 

Do you accept returns?

As the goods are not customised or personalised I can offer a refund. If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. 

Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives to you damaged or faulty. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of arrival to the customer. Refunds will be given upon arrival of goods back to Heather-Mo Florals.
